We are proud of our past but not satisfied that we have reached our full potential! Interasia is a company that moves with conviction toward the future – we welcome new challenges and embrace innovation that can help us deliver better service quality to our customers. We are always looking to expand our service network in scope and frequency, at the same time we cannot accept diluting our service quality as a result. We want our customers to be satisfied with all of our service offerings and aim to build long-lasting partnerships with customers, vendors and our employees alike.

Interasia was founded in Tokyo, Japan in 1967. The company has since been focused on providing a dependable network of ocean container shipping services throughout Asia. Interasia was at the forefront of the shipping industry’s move towards containerization in the late 1960s and the company is proud to be one of the longest-operating container shipping carriers in the region. The company has a long history of operating services between Japan and Singapore / Malaysia in particular and over the years has broadened its service network to include many other areas, including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar and Korea. Interasia believes in maintaining consistency and dependability in its services as a priority. At the same time, the company aims to be innovative in how it provides solutions to its customers and open to geographic expansion, all in keeping with its commitment to better service its customers.
