Announcement of ''DG cargo misdeclaration and non-DG''

This is to advise that Cargo Misdeclaration Fee will be adjusted to USD28,000 or USD20,000, effective from 1st of Oct. 2023.
a. Declaration of Dangerous Goods includes but not limits to its CLASS, UN NO., details of the commodity, the declaration form and package certificate. If any concealment, omission, or discrepancy is founded in the declaration of Dangerous Goods, there will be penalty of USD28,000/unit on Shipper and/or Booking Party and Shipper and/or Booking Party shall compensate losses and damages for containers and related costs charged by Authorities/Customs/Terminals and assume liability for all the risks, consequences, losses, costs, and damages arisen therefrom.
b. If any concealment, omission, or discrepancy is founded in the declaration of Non-Dangerous Goods, there will be penalty of USD20,000/unit on Shipper and/or Booking Party and Shipper and/or booking party shall compensate losses and damages for containers and related costs charged by Authorities/Customs/Terminals and assume liability for all the risks, consequences, losses, costs, and damages arisen therefrom.
