Interasia Lines to Commence New IWI Service for China & West India
Interasia Lines is pleased to introduce another China to West India and Pakistan new service loop to be named “Interasia - West India Service” (“IWI”). Interasia Lines will contribute one vessel jointly with the service consortium comprising Regional Container Lines, Pacific International Lines, China United Lines and Evergreen Line.
Interasia Lines’ participation on the IWI full service coverage shall commence around end-September 2024, with main ports of call on fixed weekly basis as the following 42 days’ round-trip rotation
Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Singapore - Port Klang - Nhava Sheva - Mundra - Karachi - Port Klang - Singapore - Shanghai
This IWI loop will mark another significant expansion for Interasia Lines, providing an alternative China to West India schedule by post-panamax deployment to complement its existing services deployments for China with West India and Pakistan.
With further coverage on IWI, Interasia Lines thus enhances its intensive market presence for China & West India trade, and further differentiating this service product with a direct Karachi call other than the India main ports.
By connecting India Sub-continent with Asia within its intensive Intra-Asia service networks, the IWI service schedule will strengthen Interasia Lines’ offeringsof more reliable service options, and better serve shippers’ and consignees’ diverse needs for both East-West trade directions.
