Business Ethics Policy
Integrity, Anti-Corruption,
and Confidentiality Commitment
At Interasia Lines, we are deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate integrity and ethical conduct.
We believe that long-term, sustainable partnerships must be built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and accountability.
This commitment applies to all our operations and departments—both in headquarter and across our global offices—and extends to
every business partner, supplier, and service provider we engage with. In order to safeguard ethical collaboration and protect our
confidential business information, all suppliers are required to adhere to the following principles when working with Interasia Lines:
1. Zero Tolerance for Corruption
Interasia enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of bribery, corruption, and unethical behavior.
Suppliers shall not, directly or indirectly, offer or accept any bribes, kickbacks, illicit gifts, or inappropriate advantages.
Collusion, bid rigging, and market manipulation are strictly prohibited.
2. Confidentiality Obligation
Suppliers must respect and protect any confidential or proprietary information obtained through their relationship with Interasia.
Such information may not be disclosed or used for any unauthorized purpose without prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Unauthorized access to company premises, photography, video or audio recording, data reproduction,
or the use of dishonest methods to obtain internal information are not permitted under any circumstances.
4. Site Access and Conduct
All visits to Interasia facilities must follow our visitor and safety protocols.
Suppliers shall remain within authorized areas and must not engage in any behavior
that compromises workplace security or confidentiality.
5. Accuracy of Information
All documents, quotations, tenders, and proposals submitted to Interasia must be truthful, complete, and accurate.
We do not tolerate falsification or misleading statements of any kind.
6. Procurement and Tendering
Our procurement processes are guided by the principles of fairness, openness, and integrity.
Suppliers must compete honestly and must not attempt to manipulate, influence, or undermine the competitive bidding process.
7. Legal Responsibility
Any supplier found to be in violation of these principles will face serious consequences,
including termination of cooperation and potential legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Commitment Applies Across All Locations and Departments
This commitment is enforced company-wide and applies equally to all Interasia offices, teams,
and operational units in Taiwan and overseas, without exception.
Reporting and Escalation Mechanism
We encourage all partners to actively report any suspected violations of these principles.
Real-name reporting is preferred, and all reports will be handled with discretion and protection for the whistleblower.
